Unify welcomes Linh Tran, Charlotte Ross and Polly Phillips to growing team

Unify has announced three new hires, which brings their team up to 17, to solidify an exceptional six months of business growth.

The hires include Linh Tran (pictured right), taking up a role as dedicated in-house programmatic trader to support the growth of programmatic as the demand and need for it grows. Linh joins Unify, after a move back to Perth from Sydney, where she worked on accounts for Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana and Rimmel.

Linh’s hire and the continued expansion of Unify’s programmatic department is complemented by the growth of Unify’s SEO team, with the addition of SEO specialist Charlotte Ross (pictured left) and copywriter Polly Phillips (pictured middle).

Ross brings six years of global experience to Unify, working on SEO for brands such as Aperol and Kleenex in London while Phillips offers ten years’ background experience in journalism, working across newspapers and magazines in London, Copenhagen and Dubai.

Managing director of Unify, Josh Krueger, said: “As an independent performance agency, it’s exciting to be attracting the caliber of talent with international experience and skills from outside WA. We pride ourselves on having the best people in the market, so are feeling very blessed to add these like-minded digital marketing experts to our incredible team.”

The focus on new hires supports Unify’s recent client appointments including Growplay, Margaret River Roasting Company and the national Healthengine account in late 2023, among others, but is also an investment into its future developments.
