Perth based TPP Global Productions has once again joined forces with Xero to collaborate on content creation for their Annual Conference.
Xero engaged TPP to create videos for their Xerocon conference held at the International Conference Centre in Sydney last week, drawing a crowd of over 3000 attendees. TPP’s contributions included the conference’s opening video, seamlessly setting the stage for the CEO’s address, and a series of videos dedicated to keynote speaker Will Buckley.
The scope of this project meant shooting in various corners of the globe including Chicago, Somerset UK, Auckland, Melbourne, Singapore, and Sydney. With their strong international network, TPP demonstrated their skill in orchestrating a seamless global production.
A core objective for Xero was not only to drive an emotional connection to the brand but to maximize the impact of these videos on the expansive event screens, to create a really immersive experience for their audience.

TPP managed to pull together a team and schedule that delivered the narrative we were looking for and still exceed our expectations. The timezones may have been challenging for many, but ‘the juice was worth the squeeze.”
This production united local crews across the world. Despite the distances, the director and post supervisor were in South Africa, a majority of the post-production team in Perth, the composer in Nashville, and the clients spread across Melbourne, Sydney, and Auckland.
Lauren Billingham- TPP Executive Producer, said: “Filming all over the world, definitely has its challenges but with innovative technology solutions we were all able to watch the live camera streams and maintain constant communication with the crews on the ground, while navigating time zones led to some sleepless nights, the result was a testament to global collaboration.”
In a value-addition move, TPP also crafted supplementary assets for YouTube, set to go live in the upcoming weeks.
