Top tips for the PADC Skull Award Show
The countdown has started for the tomorrow night’s 2022 PADC Skull Award Show at Frasers in Kings Park.
Here PADC General Manager, Tia Brazier, gives you some top tips to make the night a huge success and keep everyone safe and happy.
1. Tattoo Collection: All agencies who purchased 10 or more tickets should have received their tattoo deliveries from our fabulous delivery crew. Anyone with individual or less than 5 ticket purchases, will need to collect their tattoos from the Marketforce office (1314 Hay Street, West Perth) no later than 3pm today. If you can’t get them, you will need to arrange collection. All tattoos must be applied in a visible area prior to arrival. Disclaimer: no PADC Skull tattoo, no entry.
2. Tickets: We are officially sold out for the award show and unfortunately no last minute dietary requirements can be accommodated.
3. Dress Code: Dress code for tomorrow evening is cocktail attire, so let’s leave the t-shirts and ripped sneakers for the next morning. Dress kicks will be accepted, but let’s dress to impress guys.
4. Responsible Service of Alcohol: Like every year, we ask that you remind everyone to be respectful of all guests and property at the venue. In 2022, I would hope we can ensure the safety of all attendees to be looked after throughout the night in a fun and safe environment. The PADC want nothing but great vibes and a memorable experience for everyone attending. The PADC urges everyone to respect all!
5. Damages: Just a head’s up, we are back at Frasers which means that any damages are not covered by the PADC, so the offending guests will be sent the bill. *Be Warned!*
6. Timings: The event starts at 6:30pm sharp. As there is another event prior to ours, we will be busy setting up so please arrive don’t early!
7. Weather – This one sucks!: The weather forecast has taken a turn and is looking at 16 degrees with possible showers. With this in mind, please make sure you wear something warm. Unfortunately, we’ve had to pivot our pre-dinner drinks on the lawn area and modify our Welcome to Country performance to accommodate this.
8. Arrival: Once you arrive, you will need to show your tattoo to our friendly door staff and mark off your name and staff will advise you of your table number.
9. Pre-Dinner Drinks: Pre-dinner drinks will commence at 6:30pm and Welcome to Country will commence at 7pm and will flow straight through to the start of the show. To show respect, please ensure that you arrive on time to our elder, Vaughan McGuire.
10. Afterparty: If you haven’t already, make sure to purchase your $15 ticket to the Youngbloods Afterparty hosted at Jack Rabbit Slim’s. Thanks to Beautiful Pictures, there will be buses arriving to Frasers at 11pm to escort you to the Afterparty.
