Job Description
The new Sales Executive, Digital & Publishing, will have an unquenchable desire to be a true thought leader and the face of Nine in front of our clients and partners.

This will be a diverse role where no two days will be the same. Day one could be working on a data strategy for one of WA’s top clients and day two could be building a cross platform response.

You will work closely with the Group Business Director with key tasks in achieving revenue targets across Digital and Publishing, for an assigned group of media agencies.

Our Sales Executives deliver market leading solutions while ensuring exceptional service and results for our advertising agencies and clients. This is a role for a passionate and experienced Sales Executive who is excited and driven by emerging trends and technologies, while understanding traditional mediums such as print.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify opportunities for new business growth
Build and maintain effective relationships with agencies and clients
Have a deep understanding of the media industry and its buying models
Ability to represent the Nine brand in market
Meet and exceed revenue targets
Demonstrate a positive and professional communication style
Participate in a team environment
Communicates in a clear, timely and consistent manner
Problem solving within the context of the job
Manage and co-ordinate campaigns from briefing to going live, optimising and post campaign reporting

Qualifications
Essential experience & skills
A minimum 2 years media experience
Experience with digital and print media
A thorough understanding of digital and print measurement metrics
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Able to relate how you have performed against sales targets and negotiated successful outcomes for both clients and your business with a win/win approach
Demonstrated experience within sales, within a client marketing department or within a media agency
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Demonstrated organisational and time management skills
Strong numerical and analytical skills
The ability to work both as part of a team and autonomously
Intermediate Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint

We are currently seeking an Activations Specialist to join our Perth Brand Activations team. The 96FM Activations Specialist is responsible for assisting in the creation and implementation of client and content campaigns and activations that are on time, on brief and on budget Plus, you’ll be taking the lead with the 96FM Roadies and looking after the delivery and execution of our activations and on -street presence.

Our team is fast paced and passionate, and we’re looking for someone who has a strong passion and motivation for radio and a desire to win!

Some key responsibilities include:

Support the team in the planning, set up, activation and post campaign reporting of station campaigns, events and activations
Assist with the seamless implementation of all 96FM campaigns and events, with meticulous attention to detail
Executing key station events and flawless activations that are on brand for the station
Acquire a solid understanding of the brand, core artists, content and commercial objectives
Ensure all legal, broadcasting and insurance standards are met
Ensuring events and campaigns are 100% on time and budget
Work cohesively with key stakeholders to craft the overall listener experience of your campaigns, striving for creative excellence

The successful candidate will have:

A min. 2 years’ experience in the radio or media industry
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong internal relationships
Exceptional time management skills combined with the ability to prioritise
A passion for developing creative concepts and bringing them to life
Ability to work weeknights and weekends as required
Appropriate qualifications in Marketing, Business, Promotions, P.R. or other media related disciplines
