Senior Account Manager – The Marketing Mix

The Marketing Mix is a full-service marketing agency that has been in operation for 22 years. Recent sustainable growth in a crazy Covid-19 market, and an opening within our account management team has given us the opportunity to look for an experienced & enthusiastic Senior Account Manager / Account Director. Our aim is to attract the best candidate to supplement our existing team.

The TMM Client Services team work very closely together to deliver the best outcomes for our clients. We’re looking for someone who can excel in a team environment and foster close relationships internally and externally. We work with a range of industries including the motor vehicle trade, liquor industry, building & real estate industry, small businesses and as such supply a mix of Marketing, Creative and Advertising Services. These services include Digital, TV, Radio, Creative, Graphic Design, Strategic Consultancy plus many more. This is a varied role and will suit someone with a diverse set of skills and interests.

The successful applicant must have a solid, up-to-date knowledge of the digital space, social media and traditional marketing mediums. Experience working in an agency is preferred, and being degree qualified in marketing & communications is seen as essential. You will be self motivated, have exceptional communication skills, show initiative and be able to work well within a team environment. You will need to have a minimum of 4 years of relevant marketing experience and a proven Revenue track record to be considered for this position.

MAIN JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Manage existing client accounts and develop accordingly – maintain regular contact with your clients and cross sell where appropriate.
Manage and coordinate specific accounts, from campaign conception through to approval and the delivery of service to the client.
Assist in the development and distribution of new product and service offerings to existing and prospective clients.
Liaise with clients and internal department staff.
Acquire full product and service knowledge.
Abide by the company policies and procedures.
Maintain a businesslike and professional conduct, inside and outside the workplace, when representing the company or in the association of clients.

This is a full time position and salary will be commensurate with experience and skills.

Senior Digital Marketing Specialist – The Marketing Mix

The role is varied across a wide range of clients in the Automotive, Property, Retail & Oil & Gas industry, so we will keep you on your toes. The role is often fast paced and varied with a strong emphasis on SEO, SEM, Social Media & Google Ad campaigns, Lead generation & Branding Campaigns.

You must have a solid, up-to-date knowledge of the digital space, social media and digital marketing mediums. You will be self-motivated, have a positive attitude and exceptional communication skills, show initiative and multitask well within a team environment.

Experience working in an agency or media industry is preferred but not essential. Being degree qualified in marketing & communications is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the planning, production, and delivery of digital campaigns for our clients
Develop and implement engaging digital campaigns for varied target audiences across multiple digital channels
Manage client budgets across digital platforms to achieve desired outcomes whilst staying within budget
Develop, manage & optimise PPC campaigns
Work with our graphic designers and account management teams
Supervise and support existing team members
Manage and assist with campaign report generation
General website content maintenance and reporting working with team members
Remain up to date with emerging digital and social media trends and ensure all activities are in alignment with best practice

Required Skills and Experience
Must have at least 4 years’ experience in a digital marketing and communications role, being at the coalface of setting up and running digital campaigns across the digital spectrum. Prior agency experience preferred
Proven agility, flexibility and proactivity to work across numerous campaigns on a daily basis
A deep and extensive knowledge of Email marketing, Digital Advertising, Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Spotify, Campaign Monitor & Mailchimp, Zapier, Instagram
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing online strategy
Strong understanding of web design and web analysis
Excellent communication skills, verbal & written, both in a team environment & client facing
Ability to work within a team environment

Desirable Skills and Experience
Applied understanding of UX/UI principals
HTML/CSS/Javascript, JIRA, Slack & PHPI WordPress skill set
Develop effective & engaging communications for varied audiences across multiple channels including social media posts, website copy & campaign copy

Data Engineer – Bonfire, a Data-Driven Digital Marketing Agency

This is a foundational, hands-on technical role that will suit a self-motivated analytical mind with significant experience and passion for solving complex multi-faceted problems using data.

Your key responsibilities will include:
• Meeting with members of our leadership team to translate their complex business requirements into achievable data architectures
• Managing and maintaining our Snowflake data warehouse, our Stitch managed data pipeline, and our dbt (data build tool) data modelling environment
• Building elegant, modular, extensible data models using SQL/Jinja inside dbt (data build tool)
• Leveraging a mixture of low-code and custom toolsets to develop new data pipelines based on a variety of third and first party data sources
• Designing and developing new architectural solutions to constantly evolve our use of data
• Interpreting third-party API documentation to help inform architectural decisions and data modelling exercises

These will be desirable from you:
• Significant experience working in similar hands-on engineering roles
• Formalised training in a field relevant to the role
• Ability to write complex SQL statements
• Expert skills in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, Scala or R
• Interest in using dbt (data build tool)
• Experience managing a Snowflake data warehouse or a similar column-orientated storage like Google BigQuery
• Confidence in navigating OAuth and SAML authentication flows when retrieving data from APIs (Application Programming Interfaces)
