THE OPPORTUNITY
The Account Manager’s role is to provide sales services to a wide range of clients as part of a high performing collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

Working closely with the GSM, you’ll manage a portfolio of existing accounts, as well as seek proactive sales conversations to achieve designated sales targets.

A great opportunity for someone looking to move into sales, or for someone early in their media career who is looking to take the next step.

Key Accountabilities:
• Build, develop and grow relationships and revenue
• Generate new business opportunities across clients/ independent agencies
• Achievement of KPI’s and Revenue targets

HEAD OF EXPERIENCE AND INNOVATION – EQUILIBRIUM

The Role
We’re looking for an ambitious, accountable strategist to plan, develop and drive the agency’s customer experience strategy and innovation services.

As our lead problem-solver you’ll be a highly inquisitive, strategic thinker, able to assist leaders of blue-chip organisations to navigate the challenges of transforming their businesses.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will:

•  Assist clients to innovate, embrace digital adoption, and adapt to an agile and lean design mindset.

You will be a determined and ambitious problem-solver possessing consulting, design or research skills, with the ability to devise and communicate ideas, strategies and concepts in compelling and credible ways.

You will be degree qualified and understand technology and the digital landscape, learn quickly, and work well with multi-disciplinary teams.

You will also have substantial experience as a consultant or working closely with consultants, ideally in a leading consulting firm, digital agency or client-side and have worked in a leadership role within digital project teams.

SENIOR PAID MEDIA AND ANALYTICS MANAGER – EQUILIBRIUM

The Role
We are looking for a highly organised and passionate Data-Driven Marketing professional to join our growing team in a full-time position.

You’ll work with our Account Management, and User Experience team to optimise and grow the digital performance of our clients, leading the day to day operations of the Data-Driven Marketing team.

Reporting to the Head of Data-Driven Marketing, your main duties will include:
•  Achieving outstanding digital performance for our clients.
•  Mentoring and managing our growing team of data-driven marketing specialists, reviewing their work and ensuring flawless delivery for our clients.
•  Undertaking and reviewing comprehensive analytics, SEO and digital media audits.
•  Creating and implementing award-winning data-driven marketing strategies.
•  Hands-on activation of SEO/SEM, Paid Social, Programmatic and other digital media.
•  Writing and delivering impressive and detailed insights on performance to our clients.
•  Analysing and optimising the user journey to drive performance beyond the click.
•  Leading the way for clients in the space of data-driven marketing & analytics.
•  Having fun, motivating team-mates and playing a mean game of table tennis.

The Right Person
Will be a determined and ambitious Digital Marketer who is looking to progress your career and work with the best blue-chip clients Western Australia has to offer.

You will have at least 5+ years’ experience in a digital role client-side, agency-side or start-up. Recent experience must involve managing, mentoring and supporting a team. You will also have experience in planning, activating and optimising digital tactics including SEO, SEM, Paid Social, conversion rate optimisation.

You know how to optimise the channels at your disposal to ensure it hits your client’s targets and budgets on time.

You will be degree qualified, have Google Ads and Google Analytics certification and be data-driven with a passion to investigate and find the story behind the numbers.
