Longreach Media – Digital Campaign Manager

Position overview
You will help plan, build, optimise and report on digital campaigns across paid search, YouTube and paid social for a diverse range of clients.

Working closely with our account and senior digital teams, you will translate client briefs into practical digital activity and manage campaigns from setup through to post-campaign analysis. The role includes direct client interaction, with scope to grow into greater ownership of digital strategy and client relationships.

About Longreach
Longreach Media is an independent, full-service media agency based in Perth, delivering media strategy, planning and buying across all channels.

We are a collaborative team that values strong relationships, practical advice and great service. We take pride in our work and in creating a positive culture where people enjoy coming to work.

Key responsibilities
• Planning: Develop digital recommendations covering channels, audiences, formats and campaign structures in response to client objectives and budgets.
• Campaign delivery: Build and manage campaigns across Google Ads and paid social, including Search, YouTube, Performance Max, Demand Gen and Meta.
• Setup and quality assurance: Configure targeting, bidding, creative and tracking, and check campaigns thoroughly before launch.
• Budget management and optimisation: Monitor delivery and pacing, optimise performance and troubleshoot campaign or tracking issues.
• Reporting and insights: Maintain dashboards and prepare clear campaign reports, commentary and recommendations.
• Collaboration: Work with clients and account teams to communicate requirements, timelines, results and opportunities.
• Platform knowledge: Stay across digital platform developments and apply relevant opportunities to client campaigns.

Who we are looking for
You will bring at least 2–3 years of relevant digital media experience, with hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads. You should understand campaign setup, targeting, bidding, optimisation and measurement, and be able to turn performance data into clear recommendations.

You are organised, detail-focused and comfortable managing multiple campaigns. You enjoy understanding what is driving results, take initiative when something needs attention and communicate clearly with both colleagues and clients.

You might be a Digital Executive ready to step up, a Campaign Manager looking for broader responsibility, or an in-house digital marketer keen to work across more clients and industries.

You will have a solid foundation in campaign execution and an interest in developing your planning and client-facing skills. We do not expect expertise in every platform, but you should be confident managing campaigns and keen to broaden your knowledge.

Highly regarded
• Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
• Dashboard development in Looker Studio or similar platforms.
• Experience with LinkedIn, TikTok, programmatic media or Campaign Manager 360.

Please send your resume and a short cover letter to [email protected]
