Liquor Barons – Social Media Specialist / Digital Graphic Designer / Copywriter / Loyalty Manager

I MARKETER SI RIUNISCONO! That’s “MARKETERS ASSEMBLE!” in Italian (trust us, this will make sense by the end).

Full and part-time opportunities for:
• Social Media Specialist
• Digital Designer
• Copywriter
• Loyalty Manager
• Friendly and close-knit team environment
• All aboard for Tuscany! (keep reading…)

Liquor Barons is famous for being close to home and far from ordinary. However, cards on the table, this is a boring job ad. Think you can do better? We agree.

We’re rapidly scaling up our marketing team. We have a lot to do and need more people to help us get there. We don’t have it yet, but we can imagine it. So, who’s in our team photo that would have helped us create a brilliant job ad to knock people’s socks off?

In one corner, we see an incredible SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST, one who knows the best social platforms we could share this job ad on and what keywords and trends can be harnessed to connect emotionally to show how Liquor Barons is a company that talented people want to work with. Talented people like you.

Next to them is a fantastic COPYWRITER, one who can help us find the words to capture people’s imagination and inspire the right candidates so they understand how they can contribute to our success and team culture.

Working on their laptop is a brilliant DIGITAL GRAPHIC DESIGNER. One who is creating an astonishing design template or iconic image that will be shared across social and digital channels to convey visually what we’re about and who we need. Hell, this ad could have been an infographic!

Walking into the frame is our LOYALTY MANAGER, who deeply understands how critically important lifecycle marketing is, knows managing CRMs and databases backwards, and reinforces how vital consistent and relevant communication with our tens of thousands of loyalty members across WA is.

But this picture is incomplete at the moment because you’re not here. None of you are. Not yet.

So, while we don’t have people like you on board, we have to make do with this boring ad.

Look, let’s be honest; if you’re in an amazing marketing team, we want you all!

Liquor Barons live and breathe WA. We are local, authentic and independent. Our marketing and in-store experience reflects this, which requires a cocktail of expertise, dedication, and an obsession with quality. To mix the perfect cocktail, though, the secret ingredient we’re missing is YOU.

Life and fun are as important as hard work. This means rewarding our people, as well as customers, with experiences that are far from ordinary. Except, in this instance, one not so close to home.

So, after your first year on board, we want to recognise the initiative, endeavour, and results you’ll bring to us by bringing you to Tuscany, Italy in 2023.

Oh yes, you read that correctly, but feel free to go back and read it again. We’ll wait.

The gate is open, and the boarding call has been announced. So what are you waiting for? Come and talk to us, pronto.

Saluti,

The Barons

Complete job listings for each position can be found on Seek or LinkedIn. Alternatively, please send a CV or any enquiries to online@liquorbarons.com.au.
