Matilda Bay Brewing Co – Marketing Manager

Matilda Bay Brewing Co. are looking back to their birthplace for their latest hire of Marketing Manager, a rare – once in a generation – opening for someone to head up the brand from Perth, WA.

Matilda Bay kick started the Australian craft and specialty beer revolution in 1983, while also revolutionising the pub scene in West Australia and beyond.

Fast forward to today, and founder and original CEO Phil Sexton is back at the helm of the business after some years away founding businesses such as Little Creatures, Giant Steps Winery and Innocent Bystander Winery.

This role will report directly to CEO Phil, with the successful applicant to lead the development of the brand in WA and further afield.

The Matilda Bay brand is well known in WA and has been making stirs with its creative and left field approach to advertising which is winning it international recognition and coveted advertising awards again (see here and here).

As an Account Manager, you will…
• Work collaboratively on a diverse range of brands and projects, providing daily support to the Client Director
• Provide day to day client contact and support, growing relationships and managing expectations
• Be responsible for project delivery and execution, managing end-to-end deliverables of projects
• Build a thorough understanding of client’s business and project needs
• Ensure that agency systems and processes are followed including opening and closing of jobs, preparing creative briefs, project planning, setting up budgets and time plans

• 3yrs+ of agency experience

Anthologie – Mid-weight / Senior Designer

The role
We’re on the lookout for a passionate Designer, ready to tackle some of the worlds’ greatest challenges. We want someone ambitious, with energy and an appetite to hone their craft on impact driven projects both local and global.

As a Mid-weight / Senior Designer, you will…
• Work collaboratively on a variety of brands to produce innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling brands, campaigns and communications.
• Assist in the creation and development of brand identities and guidelines.
• Collaborate with strategists and experience designers to extend brands into digital environments.
• Assist with research, ideation, mood boards, concept development and design exploration.
• Prepare and present creative work to clients, understand what it takes to sell an idea in and craft a truly impactful story and presentation.
• Respond meaningfully to creative briefs, and question where there are gaps or areas of opportunity.
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions while maintaining strategic and creative thinking to develop innovative and actionable ideas and initiatives.
• Stay aware of progressive design trends, practices and tools, through study, exploration and participation within the creative community.

Requirements
• 4-6 years of agency or in-house, brand design and production experience.
• Contemporary design aesthetic with experience working on 360 projects.
• Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, especially strong Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator. Plus, basic knowledge of PowerPoint and Keynote.
• Ability to work within brand guidelines while still pushing the boundaries of visual design.
• Capability to form and present early thinking via sketches.
• Great communication skills and a collaborative working style.
• Ability to work quickly, take feedback well and apply it accordingly.
• Keen awareness of pop culture.

The role

The digital team are a tight-knit blend of designers, developers, planners and product owners, working closely to build web products that delight and inspire. The Role
We’re looking for someone with 5+ years experience in a leading digital / web firm, ready to drive real impact with an ambitious, award-winning, purpose driven team.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various website projects.

You’ll have great communication skills, the ability to problem solve, talk tech and work closely with a team of researchers, UX designers, UI designers and developers to deliver modern, accessible and high-performing digital products and platforms. We don’t work weekends, rarely work overtime, respect all opinions, care about our people and our clients and welcome different points of view.

You’ll be provided room to grow within a fun, fast-paced, collaborative studio environment. There is no room for ego here.

The Marketing Mix – Digital & General Account Coordinator

The Marketing Mix is a full service advertising agency and we are expanding our team. We are currently looking for a well-rounded Account Coordinator with a strong influence towards the digital marketing space to join our Client Services Department. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to the account management team and clients. This will allow you to be involved with all aspects of digital and account management, media buying & strategy. This is a varied role and will suit someone with a diverse set of skills and interests.

The successful applicant must have a solid, up-to-date knowledge of the digital space, social media and traditional marketing mediums. Experience working in an agency or media industry is preferred but not essential. Being degree qualified in marketing & communications is highly desirable.

You will be self motivated, have a positive attitude and exceptional communication skills, show initiative and multitask well within a team environment.

A typical day may see you involved in:
• Support the Account Management team and manage existing client accounts

The TMM Client Services Team work very closely together to deliver the best outcomes for our clients. We’re looking for someone who can excel in a team environment by fostering close relationships internally and externally. We work with a range of industries including automotive, building & real estate, research foundations, and small businesses. These services we provide to our clients include Digital, TV, Radio, Creative, Graphic Design, and Strategic Consultancy, plus many more.

Experience working in an agency is preferred and being qualified in marketing or communications is seen as essential. JOB REQUIREMENTS include but are not limited to:
• Working on organic media campaigns across social channels such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Build, Manage and Optimise paid Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok Campaigns.
• Conduct, measure, and implement A/B tests for ad copy and audience targeting.
• Perform traffic analysis in Google Analytics related to paid digital traffic and other sources/mediums.
