About the role
A newly created role, the Marketing Campaign Manager will be at the forefront of driving Breast Cancer Care WA’s digital presence, leading innovative strategies that ignite engagement and inspire action. In this dynamic role, you’ll spearhead multi-channel campaigns, craft compelling content, and master SEO/SEM to amplify our impact and boost donations. You’ll also take charge of overseeing and elevating our fundraising campaigns when it comes to marketing, ensuring they not only meet but exceed targets and create highly-engaged audiences. With your passion and vision, you’ll shape the stories that resonate with our audience, ensuring every piece of content aligns with our brand and leaves a lasting impression, propelling our initiatives to new heights.

Key responsibilities
Digital Marketing and Analytics
• Lead, develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, communications and content across various channels
• Provide ongoing monitoring and analysis of digital marketing efforts
• Develop campaign briefs, key messages, and compelling copy for different channels and communication schedules to take each campaign to market.
• Lead key content marketing partnerships as they arise
• Manage our Google Grant Ads account and create and manage Google Ad campaigns targeting specific audiences to promote BCCWA’s offerings and events
• Actively create, produce, and curate social media content on a regular basis
• Use video storytelling as a key medium to achieve reach and engagement on immersive video platforms
• Lead BCCWA’s Content & Digital strategy across IG, FB, our Blogs, Search & EDMs and work collaboratively with the Brand and Communications Executive on website and LI

Reporting and Analysis
• Derive audience insights and analyse campaign data to optimise ongoing and future campaigns across all channels
• Produce regular marketing and fundraising reports to report on customer engagement, sales against targets and performance metrics for digital campaigns.

Media Relations
• Coordinate media activities related to fundraising efforts, including radio, TV, and print.
• Build and maintain relationships with media contacts to secure coverage and support for fundraising campaigns.

Influencer and Ambassador Engagement
• Identify and engage with influencers and ambassadors to support fundraising campaigns.
• Develop partnerships to amplify campaign reach and impact.

Fundraising Support
• Work closely with the Community Fundraising, Events, and Individual Giving teams to provide strategic marketing support
• Provide brand-aligned graphic design support for community fundraising, events, direct mail, corporate partnerships, and major gifts.

Email Marketing
• Develop and manage email marketing campaigns (EDMs) to engage supporters and drive donations.
• Monitor and analyse email performance to continuously improve effectiveness.

Organisational Support
• Provide direction, support and timely feedback, whilst managing the workflow and workloads of the Marketing Coordinator
• Complete general administration tasks related to the digital marketing function including reporting
• Contribute to the efficient and effective functioning of the team to meet organisational objectives.

Essential
• Experience leading and delivering digital marketing campaigns
• Demonstrated experience and understanding of Analytics and Google Ads.
• Proven experience with SEO and SEM to help drive growth and experience in using Google
• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices
• Demonstrated graphic design skills and experience including the ability to understand, interpret and work to briefs and brand guidelines.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically, identify and resolve complex issues, digitally savvy and passionate about digital trends.

The Marketing Coordinator is crucial to Breast Cancer Care WA’s marketing efforts, focusing on producing high-quality visual content and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the marketing team to create compelling materials that align with our brand and campaign objectives and ensure all materials meet project objectives and deadlines. As the go-to person for design needs, you’ll be key in bringing our campaigns to life, ensuring they resonate with our audience and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design and Content Creation
• Design and produce high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and other visual assets that align with the brand’s visual identity.
• Develop and maintain brand-aligned templates for various organisational needs, ensuring a consistent design across all platforms.
• Manage and update the organisation’s photo and video library, along with the media consent database, providing access to visual assets as needed.
• Create and manage a library of marketing templates for use in presentations, email campaigns, social media posts, and other collateral.
• Ensure all templates adhere to brand guidelines and can be easily customised for various campaigns.

Copywriting and Content Development
• Write, edit, and proof read compelling copy for a variety of marketing channels, including websites, email campaigns, social media, and print materials.
• Assist in generating content for newsletters, emails, and campaign press releases to keep stakeholders engaged and informed.

Marketing and Campaign Support
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all marketing materials meet project objectives and deadlines.
• Coordinate with external vendors or freelancers for specialised design or copywriting tasks as needed.
• Provide essential marketing support by assisting in the planning and execution of various marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Living Well Program Support
• Act as the primary marketing contact for marketing support in relation to our Living Well program, creating engaging content and collateral
• Edit and post Living Well content on shareable platforms, including webinar recordings.

• A critical eye for detail. Every number, letter and character matters.
