About the role
• Manage set client portfolio to grow revenue for the Seven Network and the broader SWM group.
• Identify new client leads and setting up appointments to present opportunities.
• Meeting or exceeding sales revenue targets with the aim to assist Seven West Media to meet revenue and yield goals.
• Prepare & present communications for external customers/clients.
• Assist in the development of the sales business plan and strategies.

About You
• Computer Skills to an advanced level – Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook.

The Role
We’re looking for someone with 3+ years’ experience in a leading digital or technology agency/organisation, ready to drive real impact with an ambitious, award-winning, purpose driven team.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various website projects.

A Day in the Life of the Lead Developer Role
In the newly created role of Lead Developer, you will take the lead in the development and implementation of WordPress-based websites for our diverse range of clients across a range of sectors and industries, creating custom themes, developing advanced functionality, and ensuring high-performance and user-friendly experiences. As the team leader, you will also provide day to day people leadership to a small team of developers to inspire a culture of high performance synonymous with the Slick brand.

Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the full lifecycle development of WordPress-based websites, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment;
· Provide technical guidance and mentoring to the small team of Developers adopting a people leadership approach aligned to our values to share best practice and contribute to professional growth;
· Collaborate with UX Designers, Graphic Designers, Project Managers, and other Developers to translate client requirements into functional and visually appealing websites;
· Create custom themes, plugins, and modules using best practices and industry standards;

Juicebox – Marketing Strategist

What you’ll do:
As a Marketing Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in developing comprehensive marketing strategies to elevate our clients’ brands, drive customer acquisition, and increase market share. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and overall business objectives.

You are:
· Subject matter expert on integrated marketing strategies and marketing best practices
· Lead client engagements, cultivating and nurturing the relationship with executive & C-Suite client leaders.
· Master data storytelling by interpreting data and inspiring change that impacts both customer acquisition and retention
· Consult and drive clients through appropriate engagement models including consumer decision journey, leveraging cross-channel marketing industry expertise and customer experience best practices
· Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to achieve business goals, increase brand awareness, and drive revenue growth.
· Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges. Provide actionable insights to inform marketing decisions.
· Oversee marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
· Able to provide a generalist view of all facets of digital media (biddable and non-biddable) and how they can work together effectively in the context of a media strategy and/or plan
· Actively contribute to the channel planning and media planning components of the client response to brief
· Develop content marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences and enhance brand positioning.

About you:
· You have a strong background in marketing, a keen understanding of consumer behaviour, and a passion for creating compelling campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
· Proven experience as a Marketing Strategist or similar role
· Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
· Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
· Creative mindset with a keen understanding of market trends.
· A comprehensive understanding of the digital media marketplace

Juicebox – Brand Strategist

What you’ll do:
· Conduct comprehensive brand, consumer, and market research to extract meaningful insights essential for shaping a brand strategy.
· Transform qualitative and quantitative data into compelling narratives, constructing clear and persuasive viewpoints and propositions.
· Assess the brand’s current position and unearth opportunities aligning with our client’s business strategy. Have an understanding of the business and brand you work on (current state and challenges), audience and channel behaviours.
· Access a breadth of sources (brand tracking, segmentation, value proposition definition, creative strategy) to identify an array of insights, helping inform the way forward with the Strategy Director.
· Help develop effective brand and campaign strategies using CX, data, tech, and media, content a, provoking a range of new ways of looking at well-trodden problems.
· Ensure that strategies are diligently applied from concept to execution, working collaboratively with teams.
· Help determine what success looks like on a client’s business alongside the Strategy Director.
· Formulate and deliver engaging brand strategy presentations.
· Collaborate with the creative team in composing creative briefs, brand narratives, and comprehensive project case studies for documentation purposes.
· Contribute to our dynamic knowledge repository to enrich our thought leadership and foster a creative culture.

About you:

You bring a global perspective, unique experiences, and genuine inspiration to the team. You are articulate, with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. You have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role or agency. However, we value the idea that strategists often arrive unexpectedly, stemming from diverse and intriguing backgrounds.

You have a lot of the following
· We’re looking for 1-3 years of Account Management experience, ideally in an agency environment but other client side relevant experience will be considered
· A genuine desire and ability to develop authentic client relationships across a broad range of industries, you will be accountable for your clients success
· A proactive approach to client management, with a positive, solution focused approach to problem solving
· The ability to drive a client engagement forward, with complete understanding of the clients strategy and our progress towards the agreed objectives
