The Oasis Ball Silent Auction: Get involved and place your bids
An important and entertaining part of there Oasis Ball and Campaign Brief Awards is the Silent Auction. It raises much needed funds on the night and is a lot of fun to participate in. To be involved, and see what’s on offer, download the attached PDF and follow the instructions below.
STEP 1:
Download and complete the Silent Auction Bidding Form.
Place your desired one-time maximum bid amount in the space next to the item/s you like.
Please note you may be successful on more than one of your bids.
– The items designated as ‘only one available’ will be sold to the highest bidder
– The items designated as ‘multiples available’ will be offered in order from the highest bidder down (until the limited quantities are sold)
STEP 2:
Send your completed Ballot Bidding form to madison.daviesmee@helpinghand.com.au
The ballot bidding closes at 10pm on Friday the 26th May 2023. Winners will be alerted via text and will receive a call from a Helping Hand Group representative to organise payment.
