The Fathering Project &Partners Launch ‘The Fathering Facts Survey 2019’

The Fathering Project, in collaboration with &Partners, has recently launched an Australia-wide fathering survey.

The Fathering Facts Survey will take a snapshot of fathering today, covering everything from who does the dishes to how you discipline your kids; from nappy changing to naughty-corners. The online survey (thefatheringfacts.com.au) promoted with online films, a TVC and PR that asks “Do you dad like your dad did?”

The results of the survey will be released and promoted in time for Father’s Day in early September.

The Fathering Project CEO, Wayne Bradshaw sees the survey as an important opportunity for dads and father-figures to celebrate the wins, as well as bringing attention to aspects of fathering we can improve on.

“Australian families don’t typically function the same way they did 10, 20 or 30 years ago, so the survey will look at the opinions and attitudes of dads of various ages to see how they deal with discipline, emotions and sharing the load in the family. The more we know about the state of fathering, the better equipped we’ll be to provide resources, programs and research to support fathers and father figures in raising healthy and happy children.”

The Fathering Project is a not-for-profit organisation that exists to inspire and support fathers and father figures to be the best dads they can be – for the sake of their children.
