The Brand Agency and WPP network partner Bower House Digital hosted a diverse group of clients and WA-leading organisations for an exploration of a critical but often complicated topic; MarTech. Seeking to cut through jargon and acronym overload, the session focused on how organisations can navigate the rapid technological change impacting how they communicate with customers.
As Bower House is a leading marketing technology partner for some of Australia’s largest brands, their keynote focused on real success stories of how major Australian brands are successfully using tech to reshape how they interact with customers – and future-proof their business in the process.
The Brand Agency’s Head of Strategy, Matt Popkes, said: “It’s been exciting to connect more closely with Bower House this year. They have an ability to simplify a complex, fragmented category of platforms and capabilities into actual, practical applications of how tech can improve how you communicate with customers. It’s refreshing to work with such a like-minded group and we’re looking very much forward to collaborating with them in the WA market.”
Bower House’s Co-Founder and Head of Tech, Bryan Dobson, said: “We are extremely excited about working with The Brand Agency and the opportunities to help organisations in WA to maximise the potential of their Marketing Technology. There are great synergies between the two agencies and it will provide both our customers with a best of breed service.”
