Adding further depth to its strategy team, The Brand Agency is ending 2022 by welcoming two new members aboard. Joining the team as a Strategy Director is Emma Ridley, bringing a wealth of client-side experience as a Brand and Marketing Manager for HBF as well as AFL team the Adelaide Crows. Also joining the team as a UI Designer is standout Curtin Design School graduate, Joseph Damiano.
Ridley will lead major brand and communications strategy projects for clients alongside fellow Strategist Bryony Lewis and Head of Brand Strategy Hannah Muirhead.
Ridley said: “Having worked client side for over 10 years, I’m excited to embrace my new role, joining the powerhouse strategy team that delivers exceptional outcomes for our clients.”
Having noticed Damiano’s talents, The Brand Agency is thrilled to add him to the growing Experience Design team, which includes Senior Experience Design Elena del Villar and Senior UX Strategist Dani Chadinha.
