SWM introduces new WA foodie A-Team to enhance their local food and wine coverage

Seven West Media has introduced Jade Jurewicz, Kate Emery, Amanda Keenan, Paul Edwards and Simon Collins as their new WA foodie A-Team, and they are seeking a sixth reviewer from the general public to join the team.

The A-Team roles are defined as: Want to know the hottest new restaurant? Hotspot hunter Jade Jurewicz has the low down. Hankering for Perth’s best breakfast or brunch? Café queen Kate Emery knows just the place. Looking for a fancy fine diner for that special occasion? Read dining diva Amanda Keenan’s latest review. Chasing a brilliant bottle to go with a certain dish? Wine whisperer Paul Edwards is your man. Or simply after a no-fuss brewpub to take the family for a terrific feed? Taste buddy Simon Collins can point you in the right direction.

Seven West Media WA, Chief Advertising Officer. Nathan Cave, said: “We are excited to welcome a new team working with the food and wine industries.”

He said people can trust these recommendations because these restaurant critics pay for their meals, unlike those unreliable influencers who swap free meals for a glowing review.

“We will be creating some amazing content across print, digital, video and our audio platforms that will be new, innovative and exciting for our audience and advertisers,” said Cave.

“With the fastest growing cross platform reach in the country, we offer our advertisers great value and we will be unveiling some new opportunities for our advertisers over the next couple of months.”

SWM are engaging the audience in new ways by giving them the chance to join the A-Team as its sixth reviewer. Those who think they have what it takes are invited to dish up a two-minute video showing why they’ve got the chops.

The A-Team’s reviews will feature in The West Australian, The Sunday Times and PerthNow.
