Create Space census data revealed that 1 in 4 female middle managers in advertising are likely to leave the profession due to a lack of inclusion. To encourage industry action on gender inequity, ACA is hosting a free webinar on October 18 with Workplace Gender Equality Agency and WORK180 that will focus on improving the experience and retention of female talent.

This one-off session – an industry-first – will draw on action #1 from the Create Space Action Plan, sharing practical strategies for designing and implementing gender-neutral parental leave policies, measuring and addressing gender pay gaps, and becoming an employer of choice for female talent.
