Nine radio hosts 6PR event showcasing its new lineup and strategy for 2023 and beyond

On Tuesday, Nine welcomed key clients and partners to an exclusive 6PR event at Cooee Perth, with Network executives introducing the station’s new on-air line-up as well as unveiling its strategy to help unlock unique opportunities in the market.

The sundowner event, introduced by Clive Bingwa, Nine Perth Managing Director, combined insight from Tom Malone, Managing Director of Nine Radio and Ash Earnshaw, Director of Sales Total Audio, showcased 6PR’s unrivalled position in market as Perth’s 24/7 live-and-local broadcaster.

They unveiled the popular Wide World of Sports super brand on Nine Radio which will see a new era of listening including 6PR Footy and 2023 streaming rights, before reaffirming the strength of their news and finance podcasts including Money News with host Karalee Katsambanis. Together with the unique buying opportunity across the Nine Traffic Network, 6PR offers an array of engaging platforms to help unlock more opportunities for clients to push their messaging further than ever before.

Guests were also entertained as Emily White, 6PR Content Manager, introduced 6PR’s new line-up with Steve Mills and Karl Langdon for Breakfast and Gary Adshead in Mornings. The hosts revealed what listeners can expect from their respective programs with new and returning segments, as well as hinting exclusive interviews and talk starters that will generate widespread attention and daily water-cooler conversation.

Breakfast with Millsy and Karl starts this Monday at 5.30am, followed by Mornings with Gary Adshead at 9.00am on 6PR.
