NINE PARTNERS WITH EMERGENCE and brings Cultural Conversation series to Margaret River

Nine has been announced as the exclusive media partner for the seventh instalment of Emergence Creative Festival, to be held in the Margaret River region from March 25-27.

In line with this year’s theme of ‘Human Connection in a Post-Digital World’, Nine’s client solutions division, Powered, will be delving into some of their recent research that unpacks whether brands in Australia are keeping up with audience views of gender in a session called The End of Men and Women: Are brands evolving their idea of gender with Australia?.

The session will be led by Powered Director of Client Strategy, Toby Boon, who will be accompanied by panellists Hannah Krijnen, Director FiftyFive5; Strategy Consultant, David Gray; and Public Speaker / Slam Poet / Activist, Audrey Mason-Hyde.

“We are excited to be partnering with Emergence Creative Festival for 2020,” Clive Bingwa, Managing Director of Nine Perth. “Our panel will tackle the topic of how businesses and brands keep relevant and ensure they are reflecting current community attitudes.”

Cultural Conversations is a series of research reports that delve deeply into modern areas of culture to understand them at great length and how these changing areas of culture impact content and brands. Past topics have included modern day dating and relationships, and the great Australian dream. For this topic, Nine spoke to over 600 Australians aged 18 to 80 about how they see gender and how the understanding of gender was changing across generations.

Tickets are on sale now for the session HERE.
