New hires for Marketforce Group, Flare and OMD

Amid a busy start to 2020, Marketforce Group, Flare and OMD have made several key new hires.

Gemma Kay (far left) joins Marketforce Group as Senior Producer and Traffic Manager, having helped the agency create a raft of noteworthy work in 2019 across Lotterywest, Alinta Energy, iiNet and more. Kay has worked both locally and in Sydney and brings a raft of experience to the role.

Fast growing content agency Flare has made two key new hires to meet the exponential demands of work moving through.

With a background in criminal law and international development, Dominic Donaldson (second left) has joined the Flare team as a writer and researcher.

The newest addition to the Flare production team is Josh DeBoer, an expert in video editing and animation. DeBoer’s technical skills have become a vital part of the team’s creative process.

Keleigh Moore has returned to OMD after 14 months at SBS (Working across TV and digital channels) to pursue her career as a media planner buyer. Moore now brings with her a wealth of knowledge of TV trading as well as a key understanding of the media provider side of the industry. She will apply her skills across a range of OMD clients.

“These days, solving our client’s problems requires exceptional creative thinking across a much broader mix of skillsets,” said Marketforce Group CCO Paul Coghlan. “We’re thrilled to bring these incredibly talented minds into the building as we continue to diversify our Group offering.”
