MIX 94.5 jumps up to no1 station overall in first GFK radio survey of the year

Big changes in the first radio survey of the year. 96FM, who topped the last survey of 2023, has dropped to No3 overall with MIX 94.5 moving up to No1 overall.

MIX 94.5 is the big success story of the first GFK radio survey of the year. The station improved by 3.2% to rise to No1 overall with a 15.6% share of audience of People 10+. MIX 94.5 had big gains in People 25-39 (up 5.2%) and People 40-54 (up 7.6%).

NOVA 93.7 remains in second spot overall with 14.0%. They improved 0.4% overall and had good gains in People 10-17 (up 4.8%) and People 18-24 (up 4.1%).

After topping the last survey of 2023, 96FM dropped 2.8% to rate No3 overall with 12.4%.

92.9 Triple M dropped 2.4% overall to 7.0%. 6PR and 6IX saw small declines to 5.3% and 4.2% overall.

In the Breakfast session NOVA 93.7 remain in No1 spot with a 17.2% share. MIX 94.5 improved 3.3% to 15.3% and 96FM dropped 2.9% to 10.5%
