Media Junction & Interact Digital will provide Transplant Australia with a full suite of media services including strategy, planning, buying, digital marketing and branding for the upcoming World Transplant Games.

Recognised by the International Olympic Committee as a Multi Sports Organisation, The World Transplant Games is the world’s largest awareness event promoting the importance of organ and tissue donation.
Hosted by Transplant Australia, an estimated 3000 athletes from over 60 countries and supporters will descend upon Perth in April 2023 to compete in various individual and team sports. This is the first time Perth have hosted the event with Australia having staged the games previously in Sydney 1997 and Gold Coast 2009.
Earlier this year the Morrison Government announced a support package of up to $600,000 to assist with the games preparations.
Minister for Regional Health, Mark Coulton said hosting the World Transplant Games provides an opportunity to celebrate Australia’s success stories.
“The games will highlight the importance of organ and tissue donation and will be a good chance for Australian’s to consider registering to become a donor and to discuss limitations with their family”
“The Games will see many visitors to Perth and Western Australia and provide a boost for local businesses, hospitality and tourism.”
The World Transplant Games will be held in Perth 15-21 April 2023.
