Marketforce expands to Goldfields-Esperance region with office headed up by Danielle Foster
Marketforce is expanding and will have a permanent presence in Kalgoorlie Boulder, inspired by a string of projects in the Goldfields-Esperance region.
Demand for world class marketing and creativity in the regions has prompted the launch of a new arm of the agency – Marketforce Regions.
Respected marketing professional, and lifelong Kalgoorlie Boulder resident, Danielle Foster (pictured) will head up Marketforce Regions: Goldfields-Esperance. Foster will primarily work from Kalgoorlie Boulder but also have a base in Esperance.
Marketforce Managing Director Dixie Marshall said it was a significant move for the agency to commit to a permanent presence in regional Western Australia and was inspired by previous campaigns Marketforce, as well as its content production arm Flare, had conducted in country centers across the state.
“We are very keen to build creative capability in our state and our regions. We want our clever people not to have to move away to build their careers. It’s really important to us that we support local companies, communities and organisations with talented local experts. The attitude of Kalgoorlie Boulder and the Goldfields-Esperance region is the same as Marketforce – bold people doing world class work,” she said.
Foster said she was extremely excited to be the regional face of the respected marketing agency and was looking forward to adding value to the companies and organisations of her hometown and Esperance.
“In marketing, it doesn’t matter whether you are trying to recruit and retain staff, sell products or sell a dream – you need to ask why should I care? And the answer will come from the people within a community or workplace. And that’s what we capture in our Marketforce product.”
“I have always been inspired by the great successes of our region and know Marketforce can help tell those stories. And importantly make sure the people, businesses and organisations doing great things in our community are heard, with the support of one WA’s most awarded marketing companies.”
Marketforce Group CEO Adam Marshall said: “Marketforce Regions: Goldfields-Esperance was proud to employ local people and Danielle would have all the significant support of the agency’s Perth office to produce any marketing job from short videos and web content, to fully integrated marketing and advertising campaigns.”

This is another example of how Marketforce under Dixie’s leadership is taking a radically different strategic approach to our industry.
While the other agencies are focussing on the major Perth based clients she is building new business in places like Darwin and Kal. It’s better and safer to be Marketforce with (say) several hundred small clients in the regions than an agency in Perth fishing in the same pond for the same clients with all the others. It’s also better for staff as they get to work on a wider variety of small business clients than the usual suspect big Perth brands.
Longer term we might see an even wider network with offices in Bunbury, Albany, and perhaps even Broome!
