Likeable Creative Pitches “You don’t know where it’s been” on Gruen

Likeable Creative appeared for the second time on Gruen’s The Pitch segment last night.

The fictitious client was Keep It New Australia, with a brief to convince Australians to buy everything new rather than re-using, repairing or recycling.

This season of Gruen gets the two agencies to pitch opposing viewpoints, so the opposing agency – Brisbane’s Bigfish – needed to sell the idea of reducing waste.

Likeable Managing Creative Director, Malcolm MacLean, presented the pitch commercial in the Sydney ABC studios to the live audience and Gruen panel (which included BWM’s Dentsu’s Camey O’Keefe, who started her career in Perth with Gatecrasher).

Unfortunately, Bigfish got the decision but MacLean said they still had a lot fun making the ad.

“We are very grateful to all our production partners and talent for helping us to make a such a polished production on a shoestring.”
