Julie Bishop and 9News Perth’s Tracy Vo announced as hosts for the 2024 Oasis Ball

Nine Perth today announced Julie Bishop and 9News Perth’s Tracy Vo will host the highly anticipated 2024 Oasis Ball and Campaign Brief WA Awards on Friday, May 17.

Nine Perth is once again a major sponsor of the event, with over 900 guests expected to attend WA advertising industry’s biggest night of the year, celebrating and recognising local market achievements in an extravagant ballroom setting.

With a political career spanning over 20 years, former Australian Minister for Foreign Affairs Julie Bishop is looking forward to co-hosting the event for the very first time, advising guests to expect the unexpected.

“A former politician hosting a room full of trade and media personalities? You’ll just have to be there,” Bishop said.

Respected 9News presenter Tracy Vo is excited to co-host the Oasis Ball for a second year, and together with Bishop, the dynamic duo will deliver a truly memorable night of fun, entertainment and pizzazz.

“I’ve interviewed Julie on numerous occasions over the years and she has a wonderful sense of humour. To co-host with her is an honour and we’re sure to bring you a night you won’t forget,” Vo said.

The Oasis Ball, now in its 28th year, will be held on Friday 17th May 2024 at Crown Towers and features the Campaign Brief Awards amongst entertainment, experiences and many more ways for more than 900 guests to contribute towards the Oasis Committee’s fundraising goal of $150,000 to support initiatives of The Salvation Army’s Oasis House.
