Juicebox adds six to Perth team as hybrid agency roles take shape

Juicebox has welcomed six new team members, with several arriving from senior roles in London and Europe. More notable than the number is the shape of the roles themselves. Delivery combined with intelligence. Account management with backend engineering. Strategy with AI-driven search. Design with full-stack development.

“The categories that used to define agency work no longer describe how it actually gets done,” says Ivona Gaspar of Juicebox. “The best talent sits between disciplines. These hires reflect that reality, and what it takes to build for the future.”

Daniel Coleman joins as Director of Delivery and Intelligence. A title that signals how the two functions are being integrated across the business. Bringing over 25 years of global advertising and marketing experience, most recently as Regional Operations Director for Australia and New Zealand at VML, Coleman focuses on the integration of human insight and AI to drive meaningful business outcomes. He brings deep expertise in value and outcome-based commercial models, change management, and the kind of operational clarity that scales.

Kelly Lyons joins the Growth team as Senior Digital Strategist with over ten years of international experience across London and Perth, including work with Sephora and Soho House. A creative thinker with full-funnel capability across Google, SEO, AEO, and Meta, she brings both creative instinct and a sharp understanding of how AI-driven search is reshaping the discipline, exactly the hybrid of creative judgment and technical fluency the studio is building for.

Felicity Southcott joins as Senior Client Delivery Manager with a UK background spanning backend engineering, digital marketing, and product management across fintech and banking. Her experience includes leading product and growth strategy for a global financial data company. She brings technical fluency and a direct approach to turning complex challenges into plans that deliver, the kind of profile that lets client-facing conversations happen with technical depth.

Ryan Morrison joins as Product Manager with over ten years of experience with clients such as HCF, HSBC, TaylorMade Golf, and Great Southern Bank. His path from graphic design through to full stack development and now product management brings a designer’s eye and a developer’s instinct to how ideas become useful digital experiences.

Paris Scott joins the Experience team as Designer with integrated creative experience across New Zealand and London, including 360 campaigns for Xbox and Stranger Things. She brings strategic thinking, bold ideas, and a particular eye for brand, motion, and typography.

Marleen Spijkers joins as Project Coordinator with five years of IT project management experience across diverse industries. The Dutch-born Spijkers brings a collaborative approach to complex client problems and the kind of structured calm that keeps delivery on track.
