Jess Brown joins Equilibrium UX team

Leading Perth digital consultancy, Equilibrium, has welcomed junior UX designer, Jess Brown, to their growing team.

With a background in digital design and a passion for user-centred design, Brown previously worked as the lead UX/UI designer for a San Francisco-based software start-up.

Having worked independently on a remote basis for an extended period, Brown said she was thrilled to be joining a strong team that prized team-based collaboration.

“Equilibrium has demonstrated to me an amazing culture of continuous improvement and I’m excited to learn from working with such an accomplished team and amazing clients on some incredible projects,” says Brown.

Equilibrium Managing Director, Warren Gibbs, said he it was essential for the industry to continuously identify and nurture the new talent coming through.
