Guru Productions and Channel 9 launched the fifth series of Western Australia’s gourmet adventure program, Our State On A Plate, last night.
Each week WA Chef Stuart Laws is joined by a team of culinary experts and surprise guests as they celebrate WA’s local produce and amazing eateries, sharing unique recipes, foodie insights and more.
In the new six-part series renowned local and international pizza champion, Theo Kalogeracos, returns to the culinary circuit on a mission to find Perth’s best pizzas. Georgia Moore from The WA Good Food Guide will offer industry insight each week and join celebrated Aussie television Chef and restaurateur Matt Moran in episode one, as he gives his top tips for cooking the perfect steak in two unique ways. Meanwhile sports dietitian performance specialist and author, Julie Meek, will share her passion for good living and wise eating, showcasing wholesome produce and exceptional cooking tips, together with her noteworthy and health-conscious dishes.
The fifth series begins this Sunday, April 11, at 5.30pm on Channel 9.
