Glide helps app provider Cogniss raise $1.12 M in crowdfunding push

Glide worked with OnMarket, Australia’s largest equity crowdfunding platform, to launch the Cogniss capital raising round via an investor focussed social media strategy.

Much like Canva gave everyone the power to design internally, Cogniss is an app building technology provider based on the ‘no code’ method of development. Meaning no custom coding is required, its totally intuitive and allows users to make an app with a fraction of the time and cost. It’s main target market is the health, lifestyle and education sectors. Clients include University of Sydney, Veolia, Soho Flordis International, as well as Australian Department of Health, the Australian Department of Education and Training, Victorian Department of Justice and Community Safety and Liquor & Gaming NSW.

The three and half month campaign comfortably surpassed its minimum target securing over $300,000 in the final three days, to seal the total at $1,121,893. Welcoming 302 new investors onboard, the team at Cogniss say they’re ready to begin driving large-scale adoption of their platform throughout Australia and overseas.

“People are at the core of Cogniss and this milestone wouldn’t have been possible without our incredible community of app builders, partners and investors.” said Cogniss Founder and CEO Leon Young.
