Glide Agency helps equity crowdfunding leader Birchal bag $3 million in just over 1 hour via their own ECF campaign

Australia’s market leading crowd-sourced funding (CSF) platform Birchal recently closed their own $3 million raise in record breaking speed.

 

It took just a little over 1 hour for Birchal to hit their maximum target, making it the biggest successful raise of 2022 so far.

Bringing on board Perth-based Glide Agency to handle digital strategy and advertising efforts, and DL Comms for Public Relations, their campaign closed after a successful Expression of Interest round with a total of 595 investors, led by Up Bank founder and early-stage investor Dom Pym.

Since launching in 2018, Birchal has recorded substantial growth year on year to corner nearly 75% of the Australian equity crowdfunding market, with the success of their raise further cementing their position as market leaders.

Birchal’s attention now shifts back towards building and nurturing Australia’s equity crowdfunding ecosystem, delivering improved marketing capabilities and building mainstream engagement around startup equity classes.
