Foodbank WA welcomes Steve Harris and Nick Yeo to Board as new Non-Executive Directors

Foodbank WA has appointed The Brand Agency’s CEO, Steve Harris and Deloitte Financial Advisory’s Nick Yeo as Non-Executive Directors to the Board.

 

Harris (pictured), CEO of The Brand Agency is an experienced director, chair, and senior executive. His Board experience includes multi-sector directorships in Australia and New Zealand and serving as an AFL Club President.

He brings a wealth of experience and skills including driving digital business transformation, new media strategies and business strategy required to deliver exceptional results in a competitive environment.

The Brand Agency have been the pro bono partner of Foodbank WA since 2012 and have delivered award winning campaigns including ‘Hungry Puffs’ and ‘Sound of Hunger.’

Yeo is a Partner at Deloitte Financial Advisory. He holds 16 years of experience in Australia and internationally across mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and management consulting.

He brings a breadth of skills and experience including strong commercial acumen, expert stakeholder management and financial management.
