Block hires Adam Poole in Director of Client Services role

Block has appointed Adam Poole as Director of Client Services, bringing an additional 20 years of international branding experience to the team.

Over his career, Poole has worked on purpose-led transformation programmes and branding projects across Europe, America and the Middle East. Through both global group agencies and independent consultancies, he has delivered results for a wide breadth of clients, such as BBC, FIFA, EY, Royal Albert Hall, Al Jazeera, Hotels.com and GSK.

Most recently, Poole led new business development at London-based branding agency Ragged Edge in his role as Business Director.

“The Director of Client Services position is one that requires a creative, purposeful and strategic approach to business, along with the keen sense of curiousity and humour that characterises Block within the industry” says Block CEO Natalie Jenkins. “Adam exerts all these qualities and much more.”

“It’s an exciting time to join Block.” Poole adds. “The agency is growing, and that means fresh perspectives for an already dynamic and decorated WA team. There really is no better environment for producing exceptional creative work.”

Poole will head the agency’s expanding account management team, which currently services clients across a range of sectors, including retail, property, agriculture, not for profit (NFP) and government.
