Block + Rhythm partner to relaunch Perth icon

To commemorate Central Park’s relaunch, Block has partnered with Rhythm Creative Content to produce a short film to recognise the tower’s historic place in Perth’s business life and its adaption for a new era.

In 2017 Central Park embarked on the largest transformation project since its opening in 1992. Completed in July 2020, the fully refurbished public spaces feature open lounges and private business pods for tenant use, as well as a new, premium café offering.

The new Central Park has been designed to bring a fresh level of energy and excitement to one of Perth’s landmark buildings. The video had to reflect this level of sophistication and finish.

Owned by Perron Group and Singapore’s Frasers Logistics and Commercial Trust and managed on their behalf by JLL, Central Park is the Perth headquarters for a slate of global companies including WeWork, Grant Thornton and AEMO.
