BINGE and Marketforce celebrate WWE coming to Perth with help from an iconic WA landmark
The famous Swan Bells, housed in the Perth Bell Tower, have been taken over by WWE Superstar Grayson Waller, known as the Dynamite from Down Under, to announce the arrival of Elimination Chamber Perth, streaming on BINGE.
Giving the Bell Tower it’s time to shine, BINGE swapped out Perth’s most iconic bell for another iconic bell… the WWE bell which rang out across the city for the week leading up to Saturday’s big event, WWE Elimination Chamber: Perth. A host of ‘perthonalities’ helped spread the word before all was revealed that it was BINGE and Grayson Waller who had teamed up to deliver the stunt.
Fiona King, Director of Marketing at BINGE, said: “Ding Ding Ding! We were so excited about the WWE Elimination Chamber coming to Perth, and when the guys at Marketforce mentioned something about a Bell Tower, we knew we had to use it to make our mark on this wonderful city.”
Marketforce, combined with the team at Flare, worked closely to ensure the stunt went off without a hitch, being shared far and wide across Perth socials and media.
Luke Williams, Associate Creative Director at Marketforce, says: “When this brief came in, I was immediately transported back to being 12 years old and staying home from school ‘sick’ to watch Wrestlemania. What a brief and what a result. A huge thankyou to everyone who brought this to life.”

Yeah. You gotta respect the degree of difficulty when it comes to real briefs, for sizeable clients (approval by committee). This is bold, clever, and effective for what could easily have been another ‘insert talent here’ snoozefest. Fun? In Perth advertising? Stunned.
