Australian student advocacy service Student Edge tasks Bonfire to sure up market position

Australia’s largest body representing people aged 14-24, Student Edge has engaged digital performance agency Bonfire to sure up its market position digitally.

Born from four aspirational Willetton High School students in 2003, the brand has grown exponentially to become the largest national member-based organisation of high school, TAFE, VET, and university students.

Well-recognised for its partnerships with major brands like Uber Eats, Spotify and Apple, Student Edge also provides students with career guidance, financial advice, and employment assistance.

“Unsurprisingly, the pandemic has had an enormous impact on Gen Z. It’s important that we continue to support Australia’s young people throughout this challenging time”, says Student Edge CMO, Ross Warren. “Bonfire’s experience in digital customer acquisition and brand building made the engagement an obvious choice”.

Bonfire CEO, Clay Cook, said: “Student Edge play a vital role in supporting students navigate their way through student life and better prepare them for adulthood. We’re excited to be able to support Student Edge in doing this”.

Alex Gavalas, Bonfire Senior Digital Advisor, said: “Our team are excited to demonstrate how a robust digital marketing strategy can help Student Edge grow its one million strong membership base”.
