To celebrate the 2021 AFL season Seven West Media hosted agencies on Friday for their annual AFL 9’s Challenge.
Spectators witnessed the Agency All Stars team which was made up of players from Rare, Marketforce, Initiative, The Brand Agency, Carat, Likeable Creative and 303 MullenLowe narrowly defeat Seven West Media’s advertising team for the third year in a row with a final score of 46 /49.
The Brand Agency’s Luke Marsala took out best on ground with special mention to Initiative’s Chris Foster who played a ripper game and The West Australian’s Carla Antoniolli who scored two goals for Seven West Media. Agency All Star Coach Carat’s Jodie Traynor was so confident that her team would take out the trophy that she left at thee-quarter Time.
Co-commentator of the match Seven Perth’s General Sales Manager Andy Ward, said: “We look forward to this event every year bringing together agencies to celebrate the AFL season. 2021 is such an exciting year for sport for not only AFL but the Tokyo Olympics, Spring Racing, The Ashes, BBL, Super Cars leading into the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics, all with fantastic integration opportunities for clients on Seven”.
