What a sweep from 303 MullenLowe. The Country Footy WA work is beautiful from all angles and Powerballin’ is a deserving winner in those 3 categories. A great year for work in general too. I honestly thought the WA Ballet’s ‘Van Goh’ and Transperth’s ‘Mind The Gap’ work should have taken home something but there’s always PADC.
Congrats to every winner and finalist regardless!
Amazing work that makes me proud to represent the industry!
Powerballin’ is functional (though illogical) retail. Apprentice keeps his job, but hires an apprentice? No one would understand the OOH without having seen the TV. And the radio is a glorified jingle. The proof of how worthy local awards are, is in how well the winning work does in other award shows. Let’s see how this, and PADC Best of Show ‘No one plans a crash’ do at a national and international level.
Congrats to all but I do feel WA Ballet’s press ad was hard done by!
That WA Ballet print ad was the best in the whole show, how it didn’t pick up anything is beyond me!
