303 MullenLowe adds Lucas Faim to design team

303 MullenLowe has expanded its design capabilities hiring awarded designer Lucas Faim, effective immediately.

In the newly created role, Faim will work across all of agency’s clients, bringing well-honed skills across brand identity, publication, illustration, social media and digital design to the team.

303 MullenLowe’s Managing Director, Rene Migliore, said the new role and Faim’s hire was part of a broader agency push to create “diversity of skills across the business.”

Migliore added: “Whether it is strategy, media, creativity, design or production, having depth of talent and experience within multiple disciplines ensures we can produce diverse creative solutions for our clients.

“Lucas is a perfect example of that. While his title is Designer, he brings a much broader scope of skills teamed with a fresh and bold approach, that we’ll be able to utilise across our client base.”

303 MullenLowe’s Head of Design, Alby Furfaro, said: “Lucas’ strong skills in branding and illustration have been seen across Perth, working with clients big and small. He’s a cutting-edge and innovative designer with amazing technical ability, who always thinks outside the box. His work and work ethic really prove that he’s a great fit for the team as our capabilities grow in line with market demand. He’s also just a lovely human that we’re really excited to have join the 303 MullenLowe team.”

The agency’s design team has been involved in a wide variety of work in recent months including Lotterywest, P&N Bank and the recent ‘Don’t Assume You’re Immune’ immunisation campaign undertaken for the WA Department of the Premier and Cabinet and Department of Health.

A PADC member, committee member and AWARD School graduate, Faim has previously won the Design Institute of Australia, WA Visual Communication Award for GOTYA, plus Best in Show and Design Excellence awards at TAFE.
