The Role

The Senior Project manager will ensure projects and agreed project milestones are delivered on-time, on budget, to the correct technical and creative specifications, and to a level of quality that meets client expectations. Responsible for managing multiple digital projects across a variety of clients, you will build strong relationships and align all stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Managing projects, from initial briefing through to completion, incorporating compliance to established agency processes.
  • Effectively manage project timelines and budgets.
  • Liaise directly with clients to manage their expectations.
  • Coordinate key people to deliver outcomes, working effectively with internal teams.
  • Coordinate and organise all project documentation, ensuring it is authored by the right resources, filed and easily accessible to all team members.
  • Work collaboratively with clients and strategy teams to gather project requirements and user stories based on client briefs and discovery workshops.
  • Create, implement and manage a thorough testing regime.
  • Identify and pre-empt critical issues that may impact project delivery and implement strategies to mitigate risks. 
  • Be positive and a force for good in the team – even when faced with difficult challenges. Be solutions focussed.

About You

The right attitude is everything. You will be enthusiastic, proactive, organised and have exceptional communication skills.

You will be an experienced Project Manager who is passionate about marketing and all things digital, and possess the following:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar Digital Project Management role. 
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale website, app and digital projects.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement and management.
  • Experience using Jira (preferred).
  • A qualification in Project Management as well as a relevant degree qualification (preferred).
  • Agile training/qualifications/experience.

The core objective of this sales role is to maximise revenue opportunities to help achieve monthly revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities include: 

  • Sell advertising solutions to a list of agency clients with the objective of building, developing and growing the relationship and revenue. 
  • Generate new business opportunities with clients/agencies.

About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Perth Sales Director and Airport Commercial Director, the main objective of this role is to drive sales and become a key brand ambassador for the Perth Airport sector, working with your clients to exceed your sales targets and grow market share. 

The role also focuses on delivering high standards of customer service across the business and with clients, commercial teams and Perth Airport stakeholders to deliver sales results. This includes the development and implementation of strategy behind product packaging, product definition, product value proposition, sales training and championing new products both internally and externally.

You will:

  • Develop long term relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Achieve sales targets across our product portfolio
  • Drive Perth Airport product with creative and innovative collateral
  • Grow market share in your territory
  • Prepare client proposals to negotiate successful business proposals to deliver solution based outcome across your full product portfolio
  • Attend meetings with Perth Airport as required to discuss sales targets & performance

 About you

We’re looking for commercially minded sales professionals, preferably with previous all round media sales experience. You will have plenty of enthusiasm and energy, the ability to learn and grow and the ambition to build a career in Outdoor media.
