- Managing projects, from initial briefing through to completion, incorporating compliance to established agency processes.
- Effectively manage project timelines and budgets.
- Liaise directly with clients to manage their expectations.
- Coordinate key people to deliver outcomes, working effectively with internal teams.
- Coordinate and organise all project documentation, ensuring it is authored by the right resources, filed and easily accessible to all team members.
- Work collaboratively with clients and strategy teams to gather project requirements and user stories based on client briefs and discovery workshops.
- Create, implement and manage a thorough testing regime.
- Identify and pre-empt critical issues that may impact project delivery and implement strategies to mitigate risks.
- Be positive and a force for good in the team – even when faced with difficult challenges. Be solutions focussed.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar Digital Project Management role.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale website, app and digital projects.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and management.
- Experience using Jira (preferred).
- A qualification in Project Management as well as a relevant degree qualification (preferred).
- Agile training/qualifications/experience.

ARN operates Perth’s original FM station, 96FM. We currently have an exciting role available for an experienced Agency Account Manager based in our Perth office.
The core objective of this sales role is to maximise revenue opportunities to help achieve monthly revenue targets.
Your goal of retaining and growing clients plus capturing new business will be achieved by offering innovative and client focused advertising solutions encompassing on-air, digital and other multimedia platforms.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Sell advertising solutions to a list of agency clients with the objective of building, developing and growing the relationship and revenue.
- Generate new business opportunities with clients/agencies.
- Achieve monthly sales budgets.
The successful candidate will have:
- a solid professional sales background with proven ability to sell into Media Agencies.
- the ability to create compelling sales pitches representing ARN’s brands.

nd presentation skills. - exceptional communication skills with an ability to deal with people at all levels both internally and externally.
