Seven West Media – Digital Sales Director
As the Digital Sales Director, you will lead our sales efforts, focusing on new business development, client acquisition, and growing our presence within the digital print and technology sectors.

What You’ll Be Doing:
The Digital Sales Director will be responsible for leading our sales strategy, with a focus on developing new business opportunities, securing clients, and expanding our presence within the digital solutions space.
We are looking for an individual who is tech-savvy, forward-thinking, and able to build strong client relationships while effectively positioning our products in the marketplace.
The ideal candidate will be an underdog with a humble yet confident approach, able to navigate challenges and seize new opportunities for growth.
You’ll have a natural curiosity about the digital media landscape staying ahead of market trends and seeing the bigger picture of potential commercial opportunities for SWM.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and execution of the digital sales strategy to drive business growth and expand our client base.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities, while nurturing long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Design and implement effective sales campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to offer innovative solutions to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including product management and marketing, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales initiatives.
• Represent the company at industry events and meetings, enhancing brand visibility and positioning us as an industry leader.
What You’ll Bring:
• 5-8 years of experience in digital sales, digital sales management, or digital product management.
• Demonstrated success in driving business development, managing complex sales cycles, and meeting sales targets.
• In-depth knowledge of the digital print industry and emerging technologies.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients.
• A proactive, results-driven individual with a strategic mindset and a focus on execution.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Limitless Studios – Video Producer
We’re Hiring: Cinematographer / Editor / Photographer (Full-Time)
Limitless Studios is on the hunt for a full-time team member to join our tight-knit crew in West Perth. We’re looking for a creative powerhouse — someone who can shoot, edit, colour, and photograph with confidence and flair. If you’re the kind of all-rounder who thrives in a fast-paced, high-end production environment and genuinely loves the craft, we want to hear from you.
The Role
This is a hands-on, full-time role for a technically skilled creative who knows how to light a scene, shoot with style, cut with rhythm, and make content that clients love. You’ll work across branded content, corporate films, creative projects, live streams, and more — from studio shoots to run-and-gun exteriors. One day you’ll be shooting a virtual production on our LED wall, the next you’ll be grading or cutting a punchy social edit.
What We’re Looking For:
Hard Skills
• Experience with cinema cameras (Canon, Sony, Blackmagic etc.)
• Confident with lighting setups for interviews and branded content
• Advanced knowledge of Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve & Photoshop (After Effects is a bonus).
• Photography and retouching experience
• Drone experience (licensing a bonus)
Soft Skills
• Low ego, high energy — someone who gets stuck in and supports the team
• Great communicator with clients and crew alike
• Adaptable, reliable, and thrives in both structured and fluid shoot environments
• Obsessed with doing great work and always looking to learn
• Brings a calm, professional presence to set and the studio

Skills and experience
• 3+ years of experience working on corporate/commercial videos, or other relevant production
• Proficiencies with high-end production cameras, lighting and grip tools
• High attention to detail with a focus on working with clients to create value and industry leading video content
• Understanding of post-production – editing, colour grading, VFX.
• Experience working in a team environment as well as the ability to work autonomously
• Ability and desire to collaborate and work with management/mentors, create a network

Qualifications
• Previous work experience in a similar role is preferred such as DoP, Videographer, Camera Assistant and evidence through a tertiary education degree
• A showreel of previous production work
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work toward several milestones on various projects simultaneously
• Ability to understand the desired outcome of a project, focusing on the end users’ needs and the ability to bring them to life
• Excellent communication skills are required to have a solid understanding of project scope and implementation
• Ability to collaborate well with other creative professionals to supply clients with top-notch finalised products

We’re on the hunt for a Part-Time Finished Artist / Designer – the behind-the-scenes hero who keeps the agency wheels turning. You’ll be rolling out campaigns, building layouts, resizing, retouching, wrangling artwork and making sure every campaign is flawless, print-ready and on time.

• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)

• Expertise in high-quality website design.
• Strong skills in user journey mapping, leveraging user stories and personas.
• Experience in structuring information architecture, including sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Ability to conduct website audits and competitor analyses.
• Proficiency in interpreting data and qualitative feedback to drive design decisions.
• Creatively driven and passionate about digital design, with a keen eye for detail and innovation.
• Cross-discipline skills and experience are an advantage – e.g. animation, motion design, UX/UI, or interaction design.
• An efficient executor with strong capabilities in Figma and Adobe Suite, prepared to be hands-on in the design and execution of digital concepts.
