Rare – Senior Account Manager

As the Account Manager, you will work directly with your Group Business Director to establish and maintain client relationships by acting as a trusted partner and strategic consultant.
Your Responsibilities can include:
• Manage and oversee project workflow (digital, brand strategy, design, media briefing, TV and radio production, social, website, content)
• Develop strong client relationships with core clients
• Manage and train junior staff members
• Develop existing clients and recognise new business opportunities
• Deliver and report on projected and budgeted billings and income for your projects

The Opportunity
We are excited to welcome a new administration manager/receptionist to our team based at our Subiaco Studios. This role requires you to be physically present 5 days a week but that’s ok because you will be welcoming all sorts of amazing people through our doors including studio guests, podcasters, and clients. You must be a self-starter and able to work autonomously. We are looking for a January 2025 start.
Reporting to the National Administration Manager, your key duties will include:
• Providing professional front office & administrative duties
• Manage a multiple phone line system – answer, forward, message and general enquiries
• Meet and greet all visitors ensuring compliance with our visitor protocols
• Manage NE’s ‘Contact Us’ forms
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail including arranging local & interstate couriers
• Open and close reception (our reception hours are 8.30-5.30)
• Proactively manage all office housekeeping/stock inventory management including kitchen and stationary supplies
• Proactively check tidiness and safety standards of reception area and wider office.
• Manage distribution + recording of listener prizes (data base management)
• Provide assistance where required with our Team Meetings
• Provide administration and business support to Market Lead and Leadership Team when required
• As a part of the National Administration Team, manage all calls allowing for each team member’s coordinated breaks, personal + annual leave, or if required to work on admin/project and housekeeping tasks where they are unable to answer phones. This will require regular communication within the National Admin Team.
• Attend monthly National Admin Team meetings.
• Be an active member of and provide support to our Culture Club and assist with event management
• Be an active member of our WHS Team including Fire Warden and First Aid Teams (training provided)
What can you bring?
• A love of administration and customer service!
• 5+ years experience in an office management role or reception/general administration
• Capability to be proactive and innovative.
• Demonstrate proficiency with MS Office skills – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams Chat
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you’ll be responsible for managing the front-line relationships in a professional and prompt manner.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to carry out multiple duties autonomously, and work effectively in a team environment

As a Production Manager/Producer, you will
• Be actively involved with all production requirements for projects produced within King Street and perform as an agency producer when working with external suppliers.
• Respond to production briefs and establish internal capabilities.
• Plan and manage timing schedules and production budgets.
• Monitor work scope and risk against all variables and escalate issues to the Senior Producer, if required.
• Maintain communication between all relevant parties internal and external.
• Lead all appropriate client facing meetings in pre and post-production.
• Create and maintain all scheduling requirements, estimates, POs, contracts and final outputs through to CAD and despatch.
• Manage vendors and talent on assigned projects.
