The Account Manager plays a critical role in the success of KWP+Partners, including:
Client/ Project Management:
• Develop a deep understanding of our clients’ businesses, goals, and challenges.
• Support the development of strategic plans for clients, ensuring they align with the client’s goals
• Ensure clients’ expectations are well managed including, but not limited to, acknowledging emails in a timely manner, creating and managing timelines, WIP documents and check-ins, communicating any delays or issues before they become an issue.
• Be the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and expectations.
• Proactively identify new opportunities to enhance client relationships, working closely with the Account Director.
• Monitor and report on the progress of each project, seeing it through from start to finish.

• Liaise with production partners/ suppliers/ media on campaign production and rollout
Financial / Administrative Management:
• Ensure agency systems and procedures are followed including opening and closing of jobs, preparing studio briefs, material instructions, timesheets, proofreading, archiving and scheduling.
• Communicate the financial performance of client accounts, flagging any issues and constantly communicating to the Executive Director to ensure they are profitable and meet KWP+Partners revenue targets.
• Manage budgets and forecasts for client accounts.
• Identify opportunities for incremental revenue and growth with existing clients, working closely with the Executive Director to bring these opportunities to life.

• Martech maximisation: Leverage the full Martech stack to ensure seamless platform operations and efficient campaign automation aligned to the campaign strategy and goals
• Collaboration and strategy: Work closely with the Marketing team, Internal & External Sales, IT, compliance and legals teams, whilst collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Team Mentoring & Leadership: Develop skills within the marketing team to improve specialist areas in content, coordination and creative applications.
