303 MullenLowe – Account Manager and Account Executive

Account Manager:
The ideal candidate will have:
• Strong agency experience in an Account Manager role, client-side marketing job or be a rising star looking for the next step in your career.

Account Executive:
The ideal candidate will have:
• 1 – 2 years’ experience in an Account Coordinator/Executive Role or client-side marketing job or be a special kind of graduate who is a breed apart.
• You’re an active learner – aware of own knowledge/abilities, and the need for self-development.
• Hands on, with a strong work ethic.
• Passion for what you do and the agency alike.
• Good understanding of all forms of advertising, including traditional and digital communications.
• Be a team player who motivates and supports colleagues as well as building a good relationship with the agency teams, department heads and senior management.
• A high degree of initiative and motivation and is keen to take on more responsibility within the agency from business and cultural perspective.
• Great decision-making skills and a confident approach to task.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and sense of urgency/prioritisation.
• You manage time productively to ensure completion of tasks to deadline
• Confident with written and verbal communication and presentation

The Marketing Mix – Account Coordinator
The Marketing Mix is a full service advertising agency and we are expanding our team. We are currently looking for a well-rounded Account Coordinator with a strong influence towards the digital marketing space to join our Client Services Department. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to the account management team and clients. This will allow you to be involved with all aspects of digital and account management, media buying & strategy. This is a varied role and will suit someone with a diverse set of skills and interests.
The successful applicant must have a solid, up-to-date knowledge of the digital space, social media and traditional marketing mediums. Experience working in an agency or media industry is preferred but not essential. Being degree qualified in marketing & communications is highly desirable.
You will be self motivated, have a positive attitude and exceptional communication skills, show initiative and multitask well within a team environment.
A typical day may see you involved in:
• Support the Account Management team and manage existing client accounts
• Assist in the management and coordination of specific accounts, from campaign conception through to approval and the delivery of service and results to the client.
• Assist in the development and distribution of new product and service offerings to existing and prospective clients.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal department staff.
• Maintain relationships with media and suppliers
• Manage Digital Campaigns for Clients across various platforms including

The Role
We’re looking for someone with 5+ years experience in a leading digital / web firm, ready to drive real impact with an ambitious, award-winning, purpose driven team.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various website projects.
You’ll have great communication skills, the ability to problem solve, talk tech and work closely with a team of researchers, UX designers, UI designers and developers to deliver modern, accessible and high-performing digital products and platforms. We don’t work weekends, rarely work overtime, respect all opinions, care about our people and our clients and welcome different points of view.
You’ll be provided room to grow within a fun, fast-paced, collaborative studio environment. There is no room for ego here.
About You
