About the opportunity:
Digital Loop is on the look out for an experienced media sales professional to join our growing team.

Working with our WA State Sales Director, you will work across agency and direct clients, developing integrated digital campaigns across content, display, video, email, mobile, social and activations.

We require an ambitious, driven individual to contribute to winning briefs and strengthening relationships with our clients.

The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for working collaboratively and meticulously with our campaign management, creative and content teams.

Previous experience in WA media sales is very highly regarded however we welcome applications from those with media agency experience.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in winning briefs, strong commercial acumen, solid negotiation skills and ideally a huge passion for digital and audio media!

Day to day duties will include:
• Generating a pipeline of media campaign briefs through calls, face to face meetings and presentations.
• Identifying opportunities to optimise revenue by proposing ‘sellable’ solutions that respond to client needs whilst satisfying business objectives.
• Support the Digital Loop team in responding to client briefs, pitches and pro-active opportunities.
• Managing the ongoing relationship with clients prior to, and during our service delivery until completion.

The successful candidate will work closely with our campaign management, sales and marketing team to assist across all aspects of the business.

Previous experience within the media or media agency environment is highly regarded.

This roll requires someone with high attention to detail, organisation skills of the highest quality and quality communication skills.

Day to day duties will include:
• Assisting our head of client solutions with proposals and marketing material.
• Assisting our campaign manager with campaign reporting.
• Assisting the MD with marketing campaigns and client events / functions.
• Proficiency in Mailchimp, Keynote / Powerpoint, Photoshop / Canva, social media marketing and video editing software highly regarded.

About You
We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual who has proven experience with Google Ads & SEO and who wants to broaden their horizon and grow into a Performance Marketing Manager.

You will have the opportunity to work with a smaller number of larger clients, more strategically by helping them with; digital roadmap management and execution; KPI and measurement frameworks; search experience optimisation (SXO); as well as audience engagement, acquisition & retention campaigns across Google Ads & Shopping, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Programmatic, and more.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have professional Google Ads and SEO experience with at least some exposure to social advertising ideally in an agency environment. You will also need to possess an understanding of data and analytics and the ability to question and investigate patterns with a critical eye.

Your key responsibilities
● Developing and optimising paid advertising campaigns across various networks such as Google & Microsoft Ads, Google Shopping, Meta, LinkedIn, and more
● Delivering Search Experience Optimisation (SXO) strategies working with UI and UX teams while delivering SEO, SEM, and Content Strategies
● Combining data and analytics with common sense to deliver KPI frameworks and Google Looker Studio reports for clients
● Reporting and confidently presenting results using real-world data in WIP meetings and client workshops
● Working with strategy, UX and development teams to help deliver exceptional digital experiences
● Delivering exceptional customer service to internal teams and external clients.

Skills you’ll possess
● Experience in the delivery of campaigns across SEO, SEM, and Social Media
● Experience in digital campaign management, marketing automation, analytics and reporting
● A proactive attitude that can be applied to your client’s work, the team around you, and the business
● Demonstrated experience in strong digital marketing performance, deriving insights and producing outcomes.

The Marketing Mix – Digital Account Coordinator

The Marketing Mix is a full-service marketing agency in our 26th year and currently recruiting for an Account Coordinator with a strong influence towards the Digital Marketing space to join our Client Services Department.

In this role you will be responsible for providing support to the account management & digital teams and see you involved with all aspects of digital & account management, media buying and strategy. This is a varied role and will suit someone with a diverse set of skills and interests.

The successful applicant will have solid knowledge of the digital space, social media and traditional marketing channels. Experience working in an agency or the media industry is preferred but not essential. Being degree qualified in marketing & communications is highly desirable. As is self-motivation, a positive attitude, initiative, exceptional communication skills and the ability to multitask well within a team environment.

A typical day may see you involved in:
● Support the Account Management team
● Assist in the management and coordination of specific accounts, from campaign conception through to approval and the delivery of service and results to the client.
● Assist in the development and distribution of new product and service offerings to existing and prospective clients.
● Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal department staff.
● Maintain relationships with media and suppliers
● Manage Digital Campaigns for Clients across various platforms including Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Spotify, Youtube, Campaign Monitor & Mailchimp
● Create monthly digital reports
● Reputation management
● Provide insights & audits
● Complete monthly SEO basics including Backlinking, Site speed checks, Rankings checks, Competitor Analysis, Content (where possible) & On-page Optimization
● Implement Campaign Optimization and Performance Tracking
● Social Media Management
