Rhythm Films – Producer / Post-Producer
Job description
Rhythm Films is an independent production and post-production company located in Subiaco, WA. It is co-located with Rhythm Agency, a creative and design agency. Rhythm Films supports Rhythm Agency clients who require production, as well as direct clients and external advertising agencies.

We’re looking for a stellar Producer to join our production team on a flexible, part-time basis – 16-24 hours per week. As a Producer, you will be working as a member of the production team, overseeing and executing the post-production process for assigned projects, namely a couple of volume-heavy campaigns.
About the role
Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Manage the production/post-production workflow and team for all assigned jobs. This includes managing the post-production budget, scheduling artists, overseeing editing and quality checking work and managing audio production, including sound mixing, VO and final mastering and delivery.
• Manage the post-production timeline and ensure the schedule is maintained
• Identify and quote on any work that falls outside the initial scope, including additional revisions or deliverables.
• Share content for client review, manage and record feedback, schedule revisions and handle communications with the client.
• Final quality control of content for creative vision and integrity, brand standards, correct audio mix, and correct titling and graphic information according to destination requirements.
• Final file delivery to client as per specs required, final storage and handling of assets, rushes and job reconciliation process.
About you
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Producer in the film and television industry.
• Thorough understanding of post-production workflow and processes, including offline, colour grading, online, visual effects, titling, captioning, mixing and mastering.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle a variety of tasks while working to deadlines.
• Proactive problem solver.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal, with a professional demeanor towards clients, agencies and crew/suppliers.
• Works well under pressure, can troubleshoot and knows how to think on their feet.
• A team player with a positive and collaborative attitude.
This role is a contract position for 3 months, commencing late May – start of June.

What your typical day will look like:
As a Digital Executive, you will play a key role in the successful activation and execution of tactical media campaigns for a portfolio of tier 1 clients where you will have the opportunity to support in the training & coaching of our Associates, as well as set the tone for best practices and first-class media campaigns. This role will allow you to gain a more strategic insight into the digital space.
Core responsibilities include:
• Play a key role in the day to day implementation and execution of media campaigns across all media channels with a key focus on digital (SEM, Social), supporting Senior stakeholders deliver on exceptional client outcomes.
• Ensure the successful setup of all client campaigns – including research, campaign creation and audience upload across a number of platforms.
• Ensure the successful optimization of all client campaigns – including reviewing campaign performance, as well optimizing based on the continuous feedback from both the client and strategist.
• Responsible for ensuring campaign pacing, reporting and trafficking is carried out to the highest standards – as well as delivery of commentary, insights and actions to the client on a daily, weekly and/or monthly basis.
• Work to develop a solid understanding of the client’s business, with emphasis on your area of responsibility.
A bit about you:
• 1-2 years’ experience working within an agency environment or client side, supporting the delivery of key campaigns across various channels
• Solid skills across media software platforms such as Meta ads, Google ads, Google analytics and exposure to a data platform such as Datorama, Tableau or PowerBi would be desirable but not essential.
• Ability and willingness to support the client services team
• A strong desire to develop and progress within a role – your next step from here is a Manager position or to specialise in a digital discipline – and we want to set you up for success to achieve that

• Work collaboratively with internal and external teams, contributing to effective working relationships with our clients, agency partners and media owners
• Support the team in executing and optimising digital display, video, audio & OOH campaigns so that we exceed targets for our clients

• Assistance with document preparation including; WIP’s, post analysis, final buys, contact reports and timeline management
• Provide support and guidance on campaign analysis and client engagements, relationships, presentations and reporting
