The PADC Student Skulls are back! Alumni share the secrets of success – Thursday 3 July

The Perth Advertising and Design Club is bringing back their Student Skulls program in a big way, announcing its upcoming panel event, XXL. Big Ideas. Bigger Futures, on Thursday, 3 July at The Elford Hotel, Mt Lawley.
The Student Skulls have become a mainstay in the Skulls Awards program and have become a springboard for so many young creatives who’ve made it big in our industry.
Emerging creatives and students interested in entering this year’s PADC Student Skulls Awards are invited to attend this panel event which features four past winners sharing the behind-the-scenes insights into their award-winning work.
The Student Skulls alumni panellists include:
Rachel Wong – Class of 2017
Jasmine Vout – Class of 2018
Henry Malkovic – Class of 2020
Sandra Lopez – Class of 2021
They’ll unpack how they approached their briefs, developed their award winning ideas, navigated feedback, and everything in between – from student to professional.
“We’re thrilled to bring back the Student Commune with XXL, and what a unique opportunity for emerging creatives to learn directly from past winners”, says Dan Agostino, PADC Co-President and Head of Design at The Brand Agency. “This event is all about unpacking the creative process and giving students the practical insights they need to develop award-winning ideas that can kickstart their careers in a big way.”
With the Student Skulls brief being launched next week, it’s a great opportunity for any students interested in entering to gain some inside knowledge. Held at The Elford Hotel, this informative session is a chance for students to ask questions and receive real, practical insights from those who have been there and won.
Plus, all attendees receive one free drink on arrival. Now there’s an extra large cheers to creativity!
