The highs and lows of the annual SBS Eurovision agency karaoke competition

Last night, SBS hosted its annual Eurovision agency karaoke competition, at Lils in the city. The event brought many high and low voices to the stage, as agency clients got together for a spirited and laughter-filled celebration of music, community, and Euro-pop flair. Participants included teams from OMD, Initiative, Carat and 303 ML. All were marked by the panel of Judges, which included, Michelle Hawkins, Seb Tatur, Nahum Hendrix and Andy Bell.

OMD (Leo Mazzella and Daniella De Rozario) were crowned the winners for the second year in a row, with Initiative coming in second. Nyiko from Initiative won best dressed as “the left shark”, in their Super Bowl halftime show performance.

Marissa McNish, SBS’s State Sales Manager, said: “It’s great to see our agency partners come together for this event. We really want to thank all the teams for making such an effort. From their amazing outfits to the many rehearsals that they made time for.

“The competition was more than just a sing-off; it was a lively expression of SBS’s multicultural ethos and its long-standing enthusiasm for Eurovision.”
