Non Alcohol Beer brand, Lightning Minds, has unveiled a new short film directed by Harry Blyth, starring Michael Payne and Sean Parker, with additional footage by Tom Elliott. This project pays homage to the creative spirit of skateboarding, drawing inspiration from Spike Jonze’s iconic 1996 Girl Films release, MOUSE.

At the heart of the film is a life-size, skateable Lightning Minds carton, a unique feature built by Brett Margaritis and brought to life with hand-painted graphics by Luke O’Donohoe. The project came together over the past month, blending skateboarding, art, and storytelling into a piece that captures the raw energy and DIY ethos of the scene.

Shot on location in and around Fremantle featuring dynamic cinematography by Harry Blyth and Tom Elliott, the film showcases Sean Parker in one of his final sessions before heading to Los Angeles, where he continues to push the boundaries of his skating.
