NOVA 937 reclaims the top spot overall in Perth following latest GFK Radio Survey 4

After missing out by just 0.1% in GFK Survey 3, NOVA 937 has taken back top spot overall from 96FM in today’s Survey 4 Radio Ratings.

The latest GFK Radio Survey, released today, has seen NOVA 937 increase by 0.8% overall to reclaim the #1 spot in Perth. NOVA moved up to 15.1% overall and previous #1 station 96FM drops 0.8% to #2 position with 13.6% overall.

NOVA’s gains were in the 10-17 and 18-24 age bracket increasing by 3.9% to 31.3% and 4.9% to 31.2% respectively. 96FM dropped 6.7% in the 10-17 demographic but moved up 2.9% to 29.0% in the 55-64 demographic.

MIX 94,5 remains in #3 position overall maintaining their 11.9% overall share. They increased share in the under 39 demographics and over 55s but lost 4.1% of the 40-54 demographic.

92.9 Triple M remains in #4 overall dropping 0.1% overall to 8.7%. They had a good gain of 2.1% in the 40-54 demographic.

6PR saw a healthy gain of 1.3% to move up to 8.6% overall and 6IX dropped 1.0% to 3.8% overall.

6PR posted its biggest cumulative audience result on record, including audience growth across all shifts.

In Breakfast NOVA 937 improved by 1.1% to remain #1 with a 18.5% share of audience. 96FM dropped 0.8% to #4 with 11.9%. MIX 94,5 increased by 2.1% to take #2 position with 12.2% and 6PR improved by 0.8% to hold on to #3 in the demographic with 12.0%.
