Nine Perth evolves its sales division, unlocking better opportunities for clients

To meet changing market demands, Nine Perth has evolved its sales structure with its team charged with delivering smarter, streamlined advertising solutions for agencies and clients across its Television, Digital, Publishing and Radio assets.

Group Business Director, Estelle Monteleone, will oversee Group Business Managers Mitchell Dehnel and Isabella Wells as they lead newly created Total Media teams, offering better business solutions for clients across all of Nine’s premium platforms.

Group Business Manager Natalie Douglas will continue to lead Regional TV, Robin Rapose will manage Direct Total TV opportunities with George Kailis continuing to lead Direct Sales for radio 6PR.

Meanwhile, Jaimi-Lee Tatur will continue to lead strategic, cross platform local campaigns in her role as Client Solutions Lead for Powered – Nine’s creative services division, working with clients to gain a deep understanding of their business, to amplify their brand utilising Nine’s range of storytelling platforms.

Clive Bingwa, Managing Director of Nine Perth, said: “The market is changing, and we recognised it was imperative to reset our sales approach to meet demand. This strategic restructure reflects our ongoing and trusted commitment to our advertisers and our clients, offering a powerful proposition to drive results in a premium brand-safe environment.”

Monteleone said: “This is the very first time a local media company has been able to deliver a fully integrated sales function through one point of contact, which will help unlock smarter, more streamlined advertising solutions for our clients across Nine’s vast ecosystem. It’s an exciting time to be part of Nine, especially given our notable asset growth and of course, our upcoming Olympics and Paralympics coverage.”

Nine is Australia’s largest locally owned media company, and Nine Perth has delivered impressive growth across all its assets in 2024.

Bingwa said: “There was notable growth on radio 6PR with GfK Radio 360 Survey 4 highlighting its biggest cumulative audience on record and a Perth radio high of 8.4% growth year-on-year. WAtoday has delivered strong growth in readership and subscriptions since its brand relaunch in April. Channel 9 in Perth is the only FTA Network with local audience growth in news, with our flagship 9News 6.00 bulletin up by 10.5% year-to-date, meanwhile 9Now remains Perth’s highest reaching TV BVOD platform with a 43% share.”
